Over a period of 24 months from 2021 to 2023, King Consultants completed asbestos sampling on approximately 500 houses and 25 buildings located in Waco, Texas, for the purpose of completing demolition and abatement for Texas State Technical College. Following testing, King Consultants oversaw project design and phase planning to complete all the required abatement and demolition at the site. Over the following 18 months, King Consultants successfully completed the abatement and demolition of all structures and improvements on the site, including but not limited to buildings, roads, water towers, holding tanks, and all other miscellaneous improvements to the site. The total value of this project exceeded $25,000,000 and was completed on time and within budget.
