Over a period of approximately 4 months from late 2022 into early 2023, King Consultants was hired by TRI Construction Solutions to complete air quality testing, equipment inspection, and testing throughout the facility and HVAC system in Chevron Midcontinent Headquarters in Midland, Texas. Following testing, King Consultants completed the project design for remedial activities throughout the site and oversaw the implementation of work protocol and clearance testing following the completion of all work actions. The remedial activities at the site totaled more than $1,000,000 and all work was successfully completed on time and within the expected budget.
